Yay, another BIG lunch dimsum gathering with the Aunties (靚靚師奶) since Queenie’s birthday is next week and very glad that Joseph and his wife can join us as well 😀 I remember the last time I went 君臨天下 was a long long time ago and it was a quite expensive Chinese restaurant back in the days. Recently I have heard a lot of good things about this place, so I thought maybe we should give this a try so we went. Turned out everything was exactly what I heard, food quality is really good and price is not bad either, not to mention they are doing 20% off lunch right now, just take a look at how much we ordered :p

年初三之人人菜館 (New Choice Restaurant)
Another awesome gathering with the aunties at 人人菜館 (New Choice Restaurant). Since this week is Chinese New Year plus this weekend is Corolla’s birthday, so it was a perfect time for a gathering dinner 😀 If you follow my blog, you know this was not my first time being at 人人菜館, but with more people, a better chance to try more stuffs. Overall, it was really a fun dinner night, very good food and I still recommend this to everyone if you are looking for a restaurant in Richmond Hill. Think about it, today is a Wednesday, and the restaurant was almost full with a bad bad snowy weather tonight, so it’s got to be yum yum good :p

Lunch with the Aunties @黃金閣 again
This Friday was a cooking class day off in between the previous and coming semesters, so most of the aunties and our teacher Joseph were available to have lunch together. I figured 黃金閣 would be a good place since they can really keep up the quality and it is close to mostly everyone. I am sure there will be more lunch gathering like this in the coming future, most of us didn’t apply cooking class because we were told to let more new students to join instead of us dominating it. Anyhow, it was a very fun afternoon, and the Chinese New Year is coming in about 2 weeks, we will probably have a gathering dinner with most of us soon, so stay tuned :p

New Year Party – 31 Dec 2011
Yet another party at Queenie’s house on New Year’s Eve, tons of people, tons of fun and of course tons of good food!!! I was very honored once again, got invited to Queenie’s house for this years new year’s eve party, and whenever there is a party with the aunties, it means there would be a 100% amazing good food no doubt. It was more like a pot luck dinner and everyone made something different, I didn’t have time to make any but there was already enough food for at least 40+ people really :p Of course it was a very memorable New Year’s Eve dinner thank to all the aunties especially Queenie for putting this event together. Everyone stayed chatting and waited for the count down of 2012 but for me, there was a part 2 of the night. Instead of staying at Queenie’s house, I headed to Karen’s house for the count down since they both asked me to join the same night :p As I predicted, with the game LEGO Creationary, it was hilarious at Karen’s place. Noodles Dinner and Christine’s (班長) Birthday
Tonight, I was invited to Queenie’s house for her specialty noodles dinner again and it happened to be Christine’s (班長) birthday as well. I was soo glad to be there, one of the biggest reason was I get to see her lovely cats 毛毛, 波波 & 豆豆, yay!!! I went there right after work because I knew the night would be soo fun with the aunties and seriously, hanging out with them really learn a lot about cooking and lots of other stuffs :p Anyways, the place was packed with fun and joy, the food was super wonderful as always, really thx Queenie for putting this together and spending hours to get everything ready, oh, not to mention she made a birthday cake for Christine as well 🙂 Enough with the talk, lets see some pictures 😀
