Paulina just came back from Hong Kong from her little vacation, and her birthday is next week, so we decided to go to 魚樂軒 again to show her what we had last time plus more :p Of course I had no doubts that the food would taste really good but the main thing was to show her how good this place is and to celebrate her birthday and to give her the gift we chose from the one of a kind show (a music box from Freda’s booth). Just look at the smile on her face and the yummy food 😀

Hotpot at Queenie’s House
After our cooking class this afternoon, we headed to H mart on Yonge st. to get food for the hotpot dinner. One of the snacks they made was a deep fried silver fish which tasted amazingly good, another good one was the deep fried salmon fillet, they are both in the pictures below. In case you were wondering what was that cat (毛毛) doing, well, he was playing with the bag and didn’t want to move at all, so I held the bag up and took a picture, hehe! Of course, how can I miss taking pictures of 波波 and 豆豆 :p Anyways, the night was super awesome, thank you all 😀

Dinner at Queenie’s House
After the cooking party at our cooking class, Queenie invited us to her place for a small dinner. We did some supermarket shopping at H mart (Korean supermarket), then we headed to her house to do some more cooking :p Of course, other then the dinner part, I was dying to see her cats 毛毛, 波波 and 豆豆, hehe!!! I was soo surprised that fat 波波 and 豆豆 had a super cute hair cut too, don’t they look like mini lions?
p.s. those little dolls were made by Queenie with cooking flour, Corolla made those fresh salmon fillet and fried rice, oh and those coloring pencil look alike are actually chopsticks 😀

On Joe Sir’s birthday/ cooking lesson
Our cooking class teacher Joseph Ho’s birthday is today and our cooking class is on the same day as well so a few of us planned a surprise party for him in class. I was asked to make curry fish balls, Queenie made 2 cakes, Corolla made apple tarts, Joyce and Christine prepared drinks and fruits. I was pretty happy with the smiley faces at the end of the lesson, just take a look at these pictures I took and you will know what I mean 😀

Birthday dinner with Joe sir at 魚樂軒小廚
My cooking class teacher Joseph Ho’s birthday is in 2 weeks, so most classmates decided to have dinner with him at a place that we will definitely remember, 魚樂軒小廚. I chose this place because the last time I was there the food was already fantastic, this time, the food was amazingly good, probably because we could order more dishes with soo many people 😀 Everyone was amazed with the food in a little restaurant like this size, I was really glad that I brought them there. Anyways, here are a few of the pictures I took and Happy Birthday Joe Sir!!!
