LEGO TECHNIC #9398 4X4 Crawler

LEGO TECHNIC #9398 4X4 Crawler, when this set came out, I wanted it soo bad, but when I looked at the price, I was like woah…  but I finally bought it at the ToysRus at Markville Mall because it was on sale!!!  Really didn’t expect it because I didn’t see it on sale on their website, but when I saw it at the store, I told myself, “I don’t care, I am soo buying it no matter what!!!”.   Not to mention, not only this set is on sale, actually tons of the Technic series along with some other LEGO sets are on sale right now.  I am not sure when this deal will end but you might want to check those out if you don’t want to miss this rare LEGO deal 😛  Now I just have to find the time to put the whole thing together.

RC TANK!!!

If you are a fan of my blog, you should remember not long ago, I bought a Lego RC excavator.  After playing it for sometime, I realized RC vehicles with belt drive are really fun.  You can probably find something similar on ebay or some other toys online shopping sites from the states, but I had never seen it here in Toronto.  Anyways, I had this in mind for sometime, I remember I even asked my friend Sunny at least over 6 months ago if he wanted one as well.  To cut the story short, we both bought one from Rayco but different models.  Oh oh, not to mention, it shoots out BBs and has a smoke module built in, tons of fun :p  Price?  Don’t ask :p  Here is my achievement 😀

Perfect time to learn how to FLY!!!

Few weeks ago, I bought a mini size double wings helicopter, didn’t really have the time to fly it since I had been busy.  As most of the people know, the weather has been super hot in Toronto this week, and today’s temperature was at over 40 °c so it’s time to play something indoor :p  This toy is not expensive at all, cost about $40ish, and I bought it from a friend’s friend Rayco.  He sells all kinds of RC toys at his store up in Cookstown on the weekends.  Once I have his website, I will let you guys know 😀

My lego(s)

This is a follow up post of http://www.karlng.com/blog/?p=3867

After I bought that huge motorized excavator lego about 2 week ago, I couldn’t really resist to put it together last weekend.  I remember I started at about 3 pm and finished at about 4 am non stop.  I assumed I would have had to spend at least 2 days but it took me less than a day, so it was way faster than I expected.  Tell you the truth, it was very very tiring really but it was super fun 😀  AND the next day, I took apart of my old 3 in 1 lego, it was put together as a motorized spider, yea, a spider (most of my friends would be surprised) :p  then I rebuild it to a motorized walking Dino 😀  Oh oh, did I mention bother sets are Remote controlled, hehe  :p  A friend asked me and thought I quit my plastic model hobby already, well, the answer is no but seriously, putting together lego blocks is much much easier than putting together plastic models, at least I don’t have to cut and paint :p  Anyways, have a look at my achievement below 😀

What would I do when I get my paycheck?

TOYS!!!  Went out with Karen, Simon and little Marcus for the whole Saturday.  Started in the morning, went to take a look at the tiles for their kitchen backslash in the Vaughan area, then spent 3 hrs in idea after that, then went to Toysrus as the parents promised and I saw LEGOs on sale!!!  Oh man, I blame the little guy for asking us to go there, little evil…   Well, I didn’t really expect to buy it but it was $60 off the original price, as most of the people know, $60 off a LEGO is really a lot, so I bought it :p  Here is a picture of my achievement 😀
