31 Dec 2009 at Doris’s House

Haven’t really seen my old co-workers for soo long and tonight we had a gathering with my OLD LOGIC friends at Doris place.  Surprisingly, Stephen, his wife and the 2 daughters showed up tonight, lol.  Well he was always busy and didn’t really have a chance to see him after I left Logic computers.  Anyways, the night was fun and we had soo much update to do and stuffs.  The night was all about updating our stats and gossip of course, lol.  Well, Happy New Year to everyone and here is a video of the night on youtube 😀  Enjoy 😀

Dinner at Tony’s house

Julian came back to Toronto for a short surprise visit after 6 years of staying in Hong Kong, so we kind of decided to have a little old co-workers gathering in Tony’s house yesterday.  Tony , Jin and Doris made fantastic food and of course many others brought wine 😀  Not everyone showed up because some people got plans and it was such a very very short notice but this little house dinner ended up not so little after all because the house was totally packed with people 🙂

Potluck

OMFG, I haven’t had soo much food in years and everything taste great!!!  Tonight, we had a little potluck party at Doris’s place with old friends from Logic (the place I used to work years ago).  Each of us made a dish and 10 people made 10 different dishes and they all look and taste great 😀  On the previous post, I made a curry fish balls and found out it was a little too spicy for some people there, hehe.  Well, I can’t really tell cuz my sense of spicy taste was lost in space a long time ago :p but anyways, they still liked it so I am glad 😀  Oh oh, Cherry brought her daughter too, she is soo cute !!!!  Anyways, everything tasted soo good and I had a full stomach when I left her house :p  It has been a long time since I had soo much fun like the old days 😀

Anyways, I hadn’t been to Doris’s place for a few months, the first thing I noticed in her house was this Orchid, it’s soo beautiful 😀

Tony and Jin’s house warming BBQ

After months of moving stuffs from Tony’s old house and around his new house, finally a house warming party 🙂  Me, Doris and Ben were the very first people to arrive, and Doris was one of the person that prepared everything for this event.  Once I saw the food, I was surprised there were soo many.  Yes, I didn’t expect there would be soo many people attending the BBQ and it was probably the biggest BBQ party I had ever attend.  Around 6 pm, people started to show up and at around 7, there were like at least 20+ people at the BBQ.  Some old friends didn’t recognize me cuz we hadn’t seen each other for soo long and my hair style is totally different from years ago :p  One of the people that didn’t recognize me was Cherry’s mom and dad, they were totally surprised that I grew my hair this long.

Food was perfect, Jin made a very special salad with vanilla that tasted very nice.  After the BBQ, we stayed late and chat for a long time with each other.  To make the story short, the pictures on my Facebook should tell the rest of the story 😀

Regina and Boris

Regina and Boris got married on 20 July 2008, although I didn’t attend the wedding part but I did participate in their dinner party. It was a super fun night and good food :p, a lot of people got drunk and of course, Boris was one of the drunks that night :p Some of my good friends Doris, Ben, Tony and Jin were there too as you can see in the pictures below 🙂
