金菇牛肉卷

After last night’s hotpot dinner with all the aunties, there are soo much food left over, so I decided to cook something out of it tonight.  It was a very simple dish to make, everyone can do it, all I did was to use the beef slices (牛肉), warped around the enoki mushrooms (金菇), than fried it using a frying pan, that’s all and it tasted soo yummy :p

P.S.  blame my camera because I know the last picture looks like something you would not put in your mouth…  hehe
