Diana’s Oyster Bar & Grill

Oysters, Oysters and Oysters!!!  Simon Cheng is back for a short visit so we decided to treat him a nice dinner that is not that easily to find in Hong Kong “Diana’s Oyster Bar & Grill“.  When we throw big parties and if we want fresh yummy oysters, we usually get those in “Diana’s Seafood Delight” (the seafood supermarket side) which has been around for years and the restaurant part was open just a few months ago.  To make the long story short, we had a perfect dinner night with tons of yummy food, tons of chatty chat with the old friend and we finally tried the restaurant part of it.  :p  Check it out if you are interested, but trust me, you will not be disappointed 😀  I am sure Simon was super happy about the dinner and hoping he will have a super nice trip back to Hong Kong in 2 days 🙂  Anyways, here is some of the highlight of the night at the restaurant, enjoy!!

Karen and Simon’s house warming party :D

Little gathering Dinner at Karen’s new house :D

Karen decided to have a little gathering dinner at her new house with just a few of us before Anita goes back to Hong Kong on coming Monday.  Of course this was the perfect time to make a cake for Anita as my promised hehe.  Many many thanks to Cheryl as well for getting those awesome Japanese food and oysters from a few places and they did taste amazing 😀  Over all, I guess the kids were the happiest because they had a whole living room of Marcus’s toys to play with.

Canada Day 2011

I remember last year on Canada, we had a BBQ party in Cheryl’s house, this year, same place but take outs instead :p  We figured we didn’t want to spend too much time on preparing food and we could enjoy the air conditioning inside the house since the weather is super hot…  If you look at the pictures below, hope your jaw doesn’t drop because we did have lots of food and at the end, each one of us got to take home 2 boxes each, hehe  Oh btw, thx the ladies for spending the time to open all the oysters for us 😀 and they tasted really good, special thx to Cheryl for getting those 😀

House gathering / studio test 3

While my parents were here, my friends was afraid of my crazy parents but there are in Hong Kong right now, so I decided to throw some huge parties at my house plus I can do more studio pictures as well :p  The studio shots this time is a little different with another set of softbox lights 😀  Anyways, enough with the talking, here are some highlights pictures of this album, trust me, you would totally fall in love with it because there is a totally cuteness in this 😀
