聯記燒乳鴿 (Richmond Hill)

Tonight, Simon, Karen and Marcus and I went Kenny’s noodles (聯記) at Richmond Hill.  As most of my friends know, this place is where I have lunch and dinner most of the time.  They are doing a promotion on fried pigeon (燒乳鴿) right now for $9.99, went I saw the price, I was a little concern about the quality of the fried pigeon because usually it will cost a little more but Simon said we should really try it and we did.  Of course the end result was pretty satisfied (big and juicy), at least it suits my taste or I wouldn’t be writing this :p  So I strongly recommend people to go try it, it’s worth the money and I am pretty sure you will not be disappointed  😀  Oh btw, while we were having dinner there, Corolla and Connie showed up and ordered the same thing too so I took a few pictures of the yummyness in front of Connie :p

One of a kind spring show 2010

Today, Corolla was nice enough to take us (Joyce, Queenie and I) to this One of  a kind show at direct energy center.  It was my very first time attending this and I was totally surprised by the uniqueness of the artisans once I entered the entrance.  There were over 400 artisans so there was a lot to see and we ended up spending 3 hours+ to fully discover the whole place.  The monster doll in the picture below is something that I can’t resist and bought it right away from Monsterfactory, the chili sauce is the most spicy hot sauce you can ever find in this world by Peppermaster, the Canadian ice wine thing is actually tea leaves that tastes amazing by Banff Canada and HOT bean from Bean Ladies 😀  Oh, and that booth is Magicvilla, they sell amazing looking ceramic music boxes, please check out magicvilla.ca for more info 😀  Anyways, my day was filled with joy and I am sure I will be attending the next one of a kind show again because it was totally awesome 😀

Pot Luck (師奶篇)

Last week end, I had the most noisy and crazy party ever in my house, why?  because they are all aunties (師奶)!!!  Most of the people from my cooking class decided to have a pot luck party at my house, since their cooking skill is sooo good, of course everything they brought was amazing no doubt.  Joy and laughter was filled, which was something that doesn’t happen very often with my parents around.  If you look at the pictures below, you can see the scene was quite amusing.  I am pretty sure I will try to have more parties like this in the future, of course, anyone is welcome to join if interested 😀

Here is a facebook link if you want to see more 😀
