Karl Ng 做芒果芝士餅 Mango Cheese Cake (牛牛騎呢篇)

I am not a professional baker or anything, but at least I am still trying hard.  I made a Mango Cheese Cake today and made a video of it, when I watched it back, it really gave me a good laugh, I really hope it would do the same to you all viewers 😀

Ok, here is the part 2 video, of course, it was still very 騎呢, at the end of the video, I was trying to decorate the top but of course, it was a failure, but the end result of the cake was soo tasty :p  Anyhow, I really hope you all enjoy my Mango Cheese Cake video and thanks the camera lady Corolla for doing this on mother’s day :p

消化餅乾 1 cup
Cream cheese spread 450g
芒果兩個
濃縮芒果汁 1 cup
糖 2 ts
魚膠粉 1 ts
fresh cream 1 cup

超級無敵快樂星期五 (靚靚師奶篇)

The day has finally come, 超級無敵快樂星期五 (靚靚師奶篇)!!!  We had a blast tonight and it really top last week by a lot 😀  Food wise, we made tons, dessert wise, we had tons 😀  Let me describe tonight menu a little, main course was beef tenderloin, salmon with sun dried tomato sauce and mixed green salad.  Second round was 2 different chickens, salted chicken baked by me and chicken with soya sauce by Maggie, then dessert with mango cheese cake, black sesame cake and Lychee jello.  But of course, there were a lot more, just watch the videos below and there would be more surprises than just words :p  Anyways, tonight was really 超級無敵快樂星期五, especially with my parents gone, I can’t really think of better words to describe it.  Here are the 3 videos I put together for the night, please enjoy 😀

Preparation for 超級無敵星期五 tomorrow

Today, me and Corolla went to a few places and picked up a lot of things for tomorrow.  Last Friday, we had a blast with the aunties at my house, and this week, we really want to top that so we decided to make it even bigger, more food and more preparation 😀  The fun already started in my house today with all the preparation, the mango cheese cake was already made by Corolla this afternoon, a huge salmon is ready to be baked, I had a chicken marinated already and much much more.  Anyways, here is a sneak peak at some of the mouth watering pictures :p

of course I wont post everything :p  but after tomorrow, I am sure there will be more to see 😀

SWAROVSKI + Canon Rebel XSI test

Today, me and Karen went to JCY Jewellery and found a perfect gift for my other god daughter Koey.  Years age, I gave a pendant to Katie, so for baby sister Koey, I decided to find a pendant for her as well.  With Karen’s help, we found a Swarovski Rhodium-Plated Pacifier, thought it would be a perfect gift for her  😀  Here is a closer look below!

And of course, who can resist with all the SWAROVSKI around you, so I bought myself a Crystalline Ballpoint Pen and the price is not bad either 😀

Anyways, for the Canon Rebel XSI test part, since I borrowed Karen’s Canon Rebel XSI today to do a few tests, all the pictures in this post were taken by me using her camera and here are a few more below, enjoy 😀

Burnt mark :(

We had a great time on Friday cooking stuffs, but something went wrong that day tho, I burnt my arm by accident while I was pulling out my sponge cake out from the oven.  It has been 2 days now, and the burnt mark looks like this in the picture below, it’s quite huge isn’t it and it still hurts  🙁  I really hope it will heal soon before my parents come back or they would ask me if I was doing something crazy in their house while they were gone :p  Anyways, I will try to be more careful in the future 😀
