As most people know, little Marcus is afraid of everything that moves, so as a 4 year old, he had never tried those rides (機動遊戲) at the malls. Today, he was brave enough to give those a try at Hillquest Mall, now you might wonder why all of a sudden he wanted to try something he was afraid of? Well, it was because of “Wonderland” :p Marcus wanted to go Wonderland someday so Karen told little Marcus he should get a feel of those rides at the malls first, so we went :p The end result turned out pretty good, at least he didn’t scream like I expected hehe.

年廿八唔洗邋遢之HotPot
Chinese New Year is coming in less than 2 days, I was going to do some more house cleaning this afternoon, but instead, I went to have a hair cut then went to Karen and Simon’s house for a hotpot dinner (my favorite!!!). I figured, I will stay home ontomorrow anyways, so might as well do the cleaning Sunday and went out because of the nice weather :p Anyways, just a few shots from the hotpot dinner at their house :p

New Year Party – 31 Dec 2011
Yet another party at Queenie’s house on New Year’s Eve, tons of people, tons of fun and of course tons of good food!!! I was very honored once again, got invited to Queenie’s house for this years new year’s eve party, and whenever there is a party with the aunties, it means there would be a 100% amazing good food no doubt. It was more like a pot luck dinner and everyone made something different, I didn’t have time to make any but there was already enough food for at least 40+ people really :p Of course it was a very memorable New Year’s Eve dinner thank to all the aunties especially Queenie for putting this event together. Everyone stayed chatting and waited for the count down of 2012 but for me, there was a part 2 of the night. Instead of staying at Queenie’s house, I headed to Karen’s house for the count down since they both asked me to join the same night :p As I predicted, with the game LEGO Creationary, it was hilarious at Karen’s place. Christmas 2011
Everything started off slow on Christmas Day because of last night’s party – X’mas Eve 2011, went home at 430 this morning, woke up at around noon, grabbed something to eat from the fridge then started doing some laundry. Tried to relax as much as possible because I wasn’t sobered at 100% when I got up :p Anyways, Karen’s party started early for the kids mainly, me as an adult that don’t like to play with kids got there around 6 :p The party was awesome with the cutest kids Valerie and Emily, Grace, 福仔, 肥媽 and Simon were playing Mahjong upstairs, great food from 潮州館 @ Bayview and MajorMac., Karen made turkey and we even had a X’mas cake as dessert 😀 Simon and Marcus even dressed in Santa’s suits when they gave out presents to the kids, and of course, some didn’t have the patience opened theirs right away :p Thanks Karen and Simon for organizing this party, awesome night with plenty of laughters and joy for this year’s X’mas!!!

Oysters and steak Dinner – 23 Dec 2011
I was invited to 福仔 肥媽’s house for an Oyster and steak dinner tonight. Karen left work early because of X’mas this weekend, then she went to Diana’s Oyster to get Oysters, lobster soup and Uni, got some wonderful steaks and lobsters pasta from Costco. Those places are still on top of my list if you are looking for a nice dinner gathering with a fantastic easy to make food at home :p Oh, almost forgot to mention, Valerie is 10 months old now, I just can’t resist to take some pictures of her cute face. Hopefully I will have time this holidays week to take some studio shots for her before she loses her cuteness :p
