Another semester started, hopefully the following weeks will have more of my favorites, wonderfully, we started with Chicken, yay!!!  This is also very easy to do, just takes time to marinate like 3-4 hrs.  The whole thing is done in the rice cooker, takes about only 25 mins to get it fully cooked 😀

I was too busy with the new World of Warcraft new 3.02 patch, was playing most of the time so I didn’t have time to post things :p  Anyways, I finally got a little bit of time posting a few pictures that I took from the last 2 cooking lessons.  From last week’s lesson, it was a very easy to make dish, took not much time at all, infeact I might make try to make that soon :D, too bad I dont know how to say it in English but you can see the pictures below 🙂

This week, we made FISH, and I really hate that smell, but you know what, the fish came out pretty well.  Didn’t have that BAD smell I hate and the end result was nothing I expected and there might big chance that I will try making that in the future, so will see :p

We used a fruit that I had never seen, it looks like a buda’s palm, thick and hard.  The preparation took sometime because cutting takes time and other ingredients takes time to soften as well but the end result was very nice, although I don’t like to eat those but it still taste very good 😀 and we also made a very simple dessert that took us no longer than 10 mins to make 😀

Yet, another cooking lesson that can fill my stomach, first off was a pumpkin soup with chicken, then a stir fried shrimps and eggs.  All the ingredients were soo simple, didn’t take long to prepare, the soup took us like 30 mins to make and the shrimps and eggs took even shorter time and they both taste amazingly good.  This also reminded me how bad the way my parents made their shrimps and eggs but now I know the tricks, I will definitely try it out sometimes 😀

OMG, everyone knows that I hate fish, and today we made fish in my cooking class.  First I thought, well, is salmon, won’t smell that bad you know, but the smell of FISH quickly spread all over the whole classroom in about 15 mins and I slowly moved away from the stove and towards the backdoor of the classroom for fresh air, lol.  I won’t go in details since I didn’t pay full attention while the teacher was cooking but near the end, the teacher put some cooking wine into the cooking pan and amazingly, the smell of that fish just vanished :p  and it tasted very good as well at the end 😀
