If you are a follower of my blog, you probably know this group is my old work friends (Logic). Most of them had never been to 魚樂軒 and they had heard a lot of good things about this place, so me, Doris and Cherry decided to take them there and give it a try. This time, we went with a few of our usual dishes along with some different ones. Overall, it is still a great place for Chinese seafood no matter what we ordered, in my opinion, if you are interested to try out this place, bring more friends, lots of friends so you can try more different dishes and you won’t regret it 😀 Anyways, picture time 😀

Fin – izakaya – authenic Japanese Izakaya in Midtown
Fin – izakaya is another really nice Japanese restaurant in Toronto. Karen’s birthday is coming real soon, so we decided to treat her a really nice dinner. Cheryl had been there a few times but it was my first time there, I was already excited when I saw the front door of the restaurant and once we went in, you could actually feel the Japanese spirit is in there 😀 We ordered a lot of food even there were only 5 of us including Marcus but surprisingly we finished them all hehe. But sadly, I was not surprised with the raw fish because I think you could find the same quality in most Japanese restaurants, tho, the surprising part was the cooked food, they all look and taste really good 😀 Anyways, here are some of the photos I took below:

Maxim Restaurant (美心餐廳)
Had dinner with a bunch of people including 3 kids… at Maxim Restaurant (美心餐廳) Richmond Hill. We haven’t seen Thomas for quite a long time, since his wife just had a baby boy, so we decided to have a first look at their new born baby boy along with a nice dinner :p The little guy was soo quiet most of the time which was kind of like a surprise for a 2 months old new born. Also take a look at the food we had, mine was a 10 oz Sirloin Steak, it should have been medium but instead, it was more like well done, so next time if you go there, you should definitely ask for medium rare 😀 Other than that, everything was pretty nice 😀

嚼通天 (Win’s Seafood Restaurant) 食團年飯
嚼通天 (Win’s Seafood Restaurant) is located on 16th (south side) between Woodbine and Warden Ave. I believe this restaurant is not new, has been around for sometime, just never noticed it. Had my 團年飯 (Chinese New Year gathering Dinner) there with FRIENDS!!! Yes, friends, not my parents, as most of you know if you are reading, I never eat with them anyways, why bother? Anyhow, the place is very spacious and the food was really good, very competitive with 魚樂軒小廚. Umm, the fish dish was a little pricey, cost us $85 but the lobster was a lot cheaper like $25 a lb and tasted very comparable. It is really another good Chinese restaurant if you don’t want to go far from Richmond Hill for sea food 😀 Anyway, more looking, less talking :p

Ray and Maria’s Wedding Dinner at 名門金宴
I have known Ray for 10 years, this was really a night to remember, not only that Ray and Maria are married, but I had never seen him dressed up in a suit, hahaha. The dinner was in 名門金宴 located on Steeles and Warden Ave., tons of old friends gathered and the food there was a surprise really, good choice of location 😀
