We spent soo much time for this boss and we finally downed him tonight, too bad the mount I wanted didn’t drop, but I am still very happy about the whole thing cuz we were really on top of our game tonight and we had soo many practice on this boss. After soo many tries over the weeks and finally we can put kael in our kill list, woot woot, nice work all, go go Victorious Secrets!!! BTW, my mages team rocked the night 😀

Another cooking lesson from yesterday, Red Wine Oz Breast with spaghetti and it tastes soo good. Although it took a long time to make and lots of ingredients but it was totally worth making and I did eat a lot, had my stomach totally full after the class. I didn’t really know home made meals can be this good and I will definitely try cooking something in the future using the teacher’s recipes. Oh and I also paid for the next semester already so I am sure there is a spot for me, hopefully this can make me a better cook so I don’t really have to eat my mom’s crap, lol

Yesterday afternoon, I had to go to a cooking class with auntie Maggie (Orlando’s Mom) which I had never attend any cooking classes in my life. I applied it for sometime and they finally have a spot for me after like 2-3 months. There were 20 students in that class (18 house wives and 2 guys including me), ummm yea, I wasn’t the only guy, lol. Anyways, once I entered the classroom, I had to introduce myself and all the women there were like cheering and everything about having a young guy like me in the class. Think about having like 18 middle age women talking and yelling at the same time and I was like a hot cake getting eaten by those women but it was soo funny, lol.
Anyhow, the topic was sweet and sour pork and a german salad. The teacher gave a lot of cooking tips how to make the dish more tasty, I never knew by changing some little procedures and things would make the dish taste better, I am just soo glad I am in this cooking class 🙂 I didn’t take a lot of pictures so I am not going to post them on facebook, but here are some here

We made a reservation at Uncle Joe on Markham Rd/ hwy 7 for lunch with Polly and others (Herbert, Livius, Sunny, Karry and Vikki) to celebrate her Birthday. First we gathered at Polly’s house to car poll cuz Livius was the only person knew how to get to the restaurant. We thought we had to go with at least 2 cars but we came up with a perfect idea, Herbert has a Van that would fit all 7 of us :p So we all got into Herbert’s van, it was like going to a little field trip with class mates and it was fun :p Anyways, I had never been to that restaurant and Livius did pick a very good choice for lunch. The food was soo great and of course at the end, we had a birthday cake for Polly 🙂
As you can see from the pictures, Polly was sooo happy, on the other hand, Polly, you are one year older now, maybe it is time to get married with Herbert? :p please check out some other pictures on my Facebook 🙂

I was bored the other day morning, so i called Cheryl for lunch with others like Grace, Karen, Simon and of course little Marcus. It was just a normal lunch with friends but I did take some pictures of Marcus since he was sooo cute and getting sooo big now 🙂
