First ever full cooked meal by ME :p
After months of cooking lessons, I finally had enough confidence to cook a full meal and of course with a little help from my classmate – Mary :p The day started late, invite a few friends like Paul, Mary, their son Billy and of course, auntie Maggie. Went to the supermarket with Mary in the afternoon, came back home around 4, with her assisting me, I finally achieved what I wanted for the night, a nice meal for the night :p Here is a picture of it 😀
and of course there is always more to learn, with all my cooking teachers around me, I am sure I will become a perfect cook pretty soon in the future and thanks everyone that taught me 😀

My FIRST ever dish cooked using a “Chinese Cooking Wok” on father’s day
Thanks to Mary, she lent me a “Chinese Cooking Wok” so I could cook something for my dad on father’s day and you know what, it was a success. 金沙涼瓜 is the name – basically is 咸旦黃炒苦瓜 and it tasted soo good of course :p Here is a picture to prove I really did it 😀

Cooking fun + BBQ + Dinner with Aunties (師奶篇)
Last week, I have learned a lot about cooking from all the aunties in a few places and there was also a BBQ party with them in my house last friday. Surprisingly, these aunties are sooo playful and I have learned a lot from them already. Sometimes I wished my parents were 30 yrs younger so they could do the same like these aunties :p But you know, hanging around with them will definatly gain me some pounds since their cooking is soo good at all time, so I better start my diet plan right now :p

Karaoke after BBQ
After BBQ, me and some others decided to spend the night in a karaoke, since it was a last minute decision, it wasn’t easy to find a room that late but we got lucky and got one in MIX2 at 10:30 :p

BBQ Party at Cheryl’s house 2009
It was a not very hot day and the weather was perfect for a nice BBQ. We had soo many people and kids, I am sure a lot of people put a lot of work to prepare the food and everything. It is always nice to have gatherings from time to time and sure was one of the greatest party I have had this year. Thanks Cheryl for putting up an event and hope there will be more to come soon :p Anyways, here are some of the pictures I took, enjoy 😀
