材料：
鴨舌 一磅
豬脷 五條
鹵水汁 一支
做法：
1/ 清洗鴨舌: 先用水沖洗一下，再用鹽擦洗，再沖洗乾淨，用羌、蔥及紹酒出水，用水喉凍水再沖洗，備用。
2/ 用一大煲加入鹵水汁一支，另加清水一支及少許麻油，煮滾 ，試味。將鴨舌加入煮十五分鐘，離火，焗片刻即成。取出上碟。
3/ 豬脷 : 先沖洗乾淨，用羌、蔥及紹酒出水後用刀清除白色膜，再沖洗乾淨後加入鹵水汁內，用中火煮約45至60分鐘至淋，離火，焗片刻即成。取出切片上碟。

Chinese New Year gathering Dinner with old friends (Logic)
I was invited to Cherry’s place for the Chinese New Year gathering Dinner, of course from time to time, my ex co-workers from Logic would have gatherings either at Doris, Tony or Cherry’s place. Every time when we have a gathering, we would have a blast for sure 😀 We spent hours chatting to each other, updating everything that was going on in our lifes for hours. Oh and it was my first time seeing Cherry’s second daughter as well :p Anyways, they liked the cake I made so I am super happy 😀 and the food was awesome 😀 well, consider someone that doesn’t cook that much can cook something for us (points at Cherry), I was like Wooh!!!! And check out Bernice’s outfit, isn’t she cute :p

嚼通天 (Win’s Seafood Restaurant) 食團年飯
嚼通天 (Win’s Seafood Restaurant) is located on 16th (south side) between Woodbine and Warden Ave. I believe this restaurant is not new, has been around for sometime, just never noticed it. Had my 團年飯 (Chinese New Year gathering Dinner) there with FRIENDS!!! Yes, friends, not my parents, as most of you know if you are reading, I never eat with them anyways, why bother? Anyhow, the place is very spacious and the food was really good, very competitive with 魚樂軒小廚. Umm, the fish dish was a little pricey, cost us $85 but the lobster was a lot cheaper like $25 a lb and tasted very comparable. It is really another good Chinese restaurant if you don’t want to go far from Richmond Hill for sea food 😀 Anyway, more looking, less talking :p

團年飯 at Queenie’s house
I am very honored to be invited to Queenie’s Chinese New Year gathering Dinner (團年飯) along with her good friends. Of course having dinner with the Aunties means perfect food :p Most of them brought their own dish pot luck style, when I arrived, Queenie was already making hers. While I was waiting for the dinner to get ready, I wouldn’t waste a second so I was taking pictures of her lovely cats. More after, people started to arrive one by one, and Freda showed up with her dog Cookie!!! Anyways, enough with the words, take a look at the fun we had tonight 😀

btw, here is the definition of 團年飯
團年飯 – 係有唐人文化習俗嘅一餐晚飯，年卅晚或年廿九大除夕成屋一齊人食，目的為咗團聚。年夜飯餸係意頭餸，有雞有魚有肉，髮菜蠔屎意味發財好事。年夜飯通常嚮屋企食，不過家下都好興上酒樓。以前尊重長者，埋位要分長幼次序，等齊人先開飯，而家冇乜咁多規矩。

Sunny’s Birthday dinner
Karry invited us over for a Good friends gathering and this was actually why I made this cake http://www.karlng.com/blog/?p=2978. Anyhow, we had sushi and pizza, all my favorites but mostly it’s the friends we had, most of the time we spent was chatting and talking trash and we totally had a blast 😀
